Modelmaking & Prototyping; We offer a range of services to visualise, test and prove designs both functionally and visually. Traditional modelmaking and advanced rapid prototyping techniques are employed depending on the criteria of each individual project.

Die Casting This constitutes a much smaller segment of our portfolio, but we use all the same standards of quality and client co--operation as in all our other areas of activity.

Injection Mould Design can be either a part of your project package or a stand alone item. We have extensive experience of injection moulds from the very simple to the very complex. Using 3D cad technology and integrated 2D cad drafting we can supply mould designs to the very highest of standards each designed to our clients design specification.

Imported moulds; If you want imported prices but British toolmaking quality why not use our mould specification service, where we can design and detail a mould to agreed standards with material specification, production tolerancing etc. A design which you can have manufactured at a toolmakers anywhere in the world to the standards that the best British toolmakers work to.

Animation; One step further than static visualisations we can generate web based animations to describe movement, funtion and features. animations range from simple product rotations to mulfi-directional and complex articulations including interactive user controls with the option of overlayed text effects to describe the product or feature.
